- Why not charge a percentage of the sale?
- A percentage gives the agent an incentive to push you into a more expensive car. We took that incentive off the table. The paperwork on a $22,000 sedan is identical to the paperwork on a $68,000 SUV.
- Can I subscribe and never hire you to bid?
- Absolutely. Most subscribers research for 3–9 months before they buy anything. Some never hire us and just use the intel to negotiate with a local dealer. Either way we deliver value.
- What's the catch with the $500 credit?
- No catch. Subscribe to Deal Analyst for any 3+ months, and when you hire us to execute, we credit $500 toward the $1,500 fee. Your net out-of-pocket on the bid service becomes $1,000.
- Refund policy?
- 30-day money-back on your first month of any subscription, no questions asked. The $1,500 bid fee is billed only when we win a vehicle for you — not before.
- Is my payment secure?
- Subscriptions process through Stripe. We never see or store your card.
